[RTD] investigate sidebar height issue

When nav menu content is taller than the screen it adds a scrollbar to the nav.

When you scroll the main content down it then cuts off the nav.

From in-browser testing, just setting this seems to fix it:

But I can see some classes about stickynav so I am going to investigate further before making changes.
