Hospitality: Sleep accelerator gives no mood buff

I'm not sure how this happened, but when this mod is installed the mood buff for a transhumanist using a sleep accelerator isn't given. I don't get an error on the debug log when a colonist sleeps, and the bug still happens when this is the only mod installed.

It also has no effect on the pawn.

Fixed in next version.
