Extension no longer works as of 01/11/2022

It looks like Youtube have done another page update which is causing the extension to no longer work.
You are no longer able to hide videos with the small eye icon.
I'm currently using Google Chrome with the latest updates.
If you require any more details let me know.
Small eye icon is working for me on both Chrome and Firefox. Is anyone else affected?
Filtering of watched videos on any criteria no longer works on any of the pages of a given channel (home, videos, etc.), however I am still seeing expected functionality on my Subscriptions page. The eye icon for marking watched, filtering by red bar or prior mark as watched, filtering shorts and premieres, etc. are all still working. But so far, that's the only place the extension still works for me, at least.
I am getting this misbehavior too as of about...2 hours ago.
The extension works as expected for me on the subscription page, but is totally non-functional on channel's videos tab.
If I go into a Youtube channel it shows no eye to mark it as watched like it used to do- photo for reference (mouse over video)
I can confirm that its not working for me on channel pages (I never use it on channel pages, just the subscriptions page)
Definitely seems like a youtube update broke everything. As always seems to be slowly rolling out to people. I am afk for the next two weeks so wont be able to take a look until then. Sorry for the inconvenience!
Funny enough, this doesn't break on channel pages when the channel has never streamed or posted a short. the old UI is apparently used if it doesn't have to add the new tabs.
Came here to report the same thing. Hide watched works fine on subscriptions page but you cant do it on a channels page. Hope it gets fixed soon
Im back online now, but the subs page still works correctly for me. Seems YT hasnt rolled the update out to everyone yet... Does anyone know if theres a way to force it? Or can someone send me the source code for a "broken" subs page?
actually it seems channel video pages have the "new" layout (at least judging by the rounded thumbnails) already (and for me its NOT working on the channel video page, but it is on the subs page), so I might be able to figure it out from the channel videos page.
However, the info requested above would still help

Of all the Chrome extensions I use, this was one of the best and most important to me. Is there a donations page for the developer to help with reprogramming the extension? Thank you.
It is not working for me on either the channel pages or subscription page. My subscription page is also showing the rounded corner thumbnails.

Sorry for the long wait! Finally got around to taking a look at this issue!
The fix is done and Im now publishing version 0.17.1 to the Firefox and Chrome stores, so should be rolling out as soon as they are approved!

It's been frustrating not being able to get around to this sooner, but on the other hand it really warmed my heart to read so many messages from that many people who enjoy and care about this extension enough this much!

I would check your extensions page and make sure it's the 17.1 version. Mine updated on its own and the channels page is hiding watched video again.
@OsaSoft I was waiting for an update for a long time and so glad you had time to provide an update. Thanks for work! I love this extension
@al52025 But do you have the eye on the video which allows you to hide the video?
And it's updated, was was the first thing I did this morning
For example, it works fine on the Subscuriotons page, but not on the channel page 'videos'
@TootY1993 ah you're right I don't have the eye when I hover over it. So I guess it's half fixed then

@TootY1993 yep, looking into it. However unfortunately, seems the entire overlay ui is shot with the yt change. )
Ive spent a couple hours debugging and trying to get it to work but to avail, so going to have to rewrite that whole bit, most likely...
