Thumbnails too big with CustomTube extension

I use the customtube extension to make thumbnails smaller and have more per row, but the last update to youtube-better-subscriptions resizes thumbnails back afterwards, causing some videos to be off screen.

Would the feature proposed in this PR #169 solve your issue?
It should work perfectly
