Publications ordering in personal profile pages

As the publication model has changed, the old methods to list first JCR journal articles, then journal articles, then ISI indexed conference papers, etc. is not valid any longer.

What's the preferred order?
- JCR
- Journal
- ISI Conferences
- Conference
- Book
- Magazine
- PhD dissertation
Apart from this, the PhD does not inherit from Publication anymore (I guess that for not removing it at any time). Do we still want to list it and count it where it says "X publications"? I assume that yes.
