Possibly supply file in releases or upload elsewhere.

Sorry, the weight file was banned for exceeding the bandwidth limit of Git LFS. Now, you can download the weight file here: https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B90WglS_AQWebjBleG5uRXpmbUE Please place it in dir "model".

I think put it in release is also good as well.
