Rerunning Analysis 09_gomethByFeature.Rmd

Hello,

Thank you for taking the time to make this analysis so reproducible. I am trying to run analysis 09, which needs a file named Input.RData file. This file was not in the Zenodo archive or previously saved. Is it possible that it was saved as a different name, and there is a renaming error?
