I would like to share a simple bug report:
Collecting soupsieve>1.2
Downloading soupsieve-2.3.2.post1-py3-none-any.whl (37 kB)
ERROR: launchpadlib 1.10.13 requires testresources, which is not installed.
pip install testresources fix the things.
