(Optionally) place URL in clipboard

The title says it all: it would be nice not to have to copy the URL from the browser/notification.

There already is a "Copy To Clipboard" button in the expanded notification that appears when you hover over it. I guess it's not very easy to discover.

I added a new Tab "Default Action" with a "Copy URL to clipboard" option (false by default): c3bcbde

Please test!

I had to restart Gnome-shell (alt+f2, r) after installing the dev version, then enabling the setting before it worked, but now it is working great 😃

Thanks, this saves a lot of time since 98% of the time I want to paste screenshots in chat.
