[FEATURE] Support notification customization.

Feature

Flow Wallet currently emits notifications for various events within the app.

The user should be able to select which types of notifications they wish to support.

Types of notifications should be categorized as:

• Marketing (Optional)

  • These are reserved for notifications marketing applications / content in the Flow Ecosystem.

• Essential (Mandatory)

  • These are reserved for security / transaction authorization / backup notifications.

By allowing the user to customize which notifications they wish to receive, we lower the likelyhood they will disable all notifications for Flow Wallet on their device's settings, making it more likely we can serve them essential notifications around security / transaction authorization / backup requests.

Expected Outcomes
