Same here with Fabric. Villager Names + Guard Villagers crash upon world load when both mods loaded at the same time.

Also reported the issue to the porter of the Fabric version of Guard Villagers
Sorry about this, should be fixed now. Was an issue when not using the most up-to-date version of guard villagers. Try using the 1.21 version of both mods and see if it works.
