[功能请求] 添加代理参数 (已知PyDeepLX有代理选项)

使用这个sing-box 可以把机场订阅自建成代理ip池，类似于爬虫用的隧道代理，效果如下图：

只要设置一个代理就可以了，这样的话 在immersive-translate上应该就可以正常使用了。

I think the IP load balancing these go on the proxy app, not DeepLX.

不是全部在DeepLX上设置这些，只是提供一个设置代理的参数就可以了，具体这么用什么样的代理 可以根据个人需求，比方像我是想自建，有的人不愿意自建 可以买隧道代理。
我看有几个人提了 在这个项目上添加代理，你都没有采纳，不知道是什么原因呢

The proxy option cannot solve the problem of frequent 429 requests because you need a large IP pool.

If you feel necessary, you can submit a PR. Due to academic pressure, I will not add any more features unless it is to fix some bugs.
