Configure "show more" number

Add "show more" number to per instance configs. e.g. for the swebbtv site have "show more" load 12 more videos (default remains 4)

@mykhailodanilenko Can we change the default here to 24 videos on "load more" (configurable) and wait with adding the "show all" button for the moment (from talking with @mkl-adsn today).
