The peertube instance currently used needs to be stored in the url to allow sending links to videos on different instances. Investigate the feasibility of storing the instance url in the url parameters. Update settings page to reflect the change.

@mblomdahl need your input on what should happen if a video from an instance previously unlisted is opened
