it keeps loading but nothing happens

the loading / processing events is still running for more than 12 hrs. now. I cant send dive because it keeps showing error - wallet keeps restarting from 0 dive to 5 dives and back again.
Processing events is acting weird from 96% then 95% then 97% then back to 95% again.

I don't know how my wallet deducted of gas and my dive is still not sending
