Allow users to chose distance function for Similarity Searcher

Hi everyone,
This tool is amazing, thanks for open-sourcing it :)

I have a suggestion for a feature that should be easy to add for the similarity searcher: Allow the user to choose the distance (dissimilarity score) instead of hard-coding it to "euclidean", as done here
