Different update intervals within identical iobroker installations

Describe the bug
I have setup a new iobroker instance on a new Windows11-based hardware. Both netatmo instances are identical and are using the same netatmo account credentials. The netamo instances (hardware 1 & 2) are starting with no problem, status light is green.
Problem now is, that the older windows10-based gets all netatmo data (temp, CO2, wind, rain) within a 5 minute intervall, but the new windows11-based gets its data totally non-regular, so that not all datapoints are saved in my influxDB.
Instance settings are absolut identical.

nodejs v14.19
npm v6.14.16
Do you use an own ID/Secret? If not try to use one.
Are any logs or errors/warnings in the log like "rate limited"? There are limitations on the Netatmo API ... so if you query "the same account" twice think might get problematic
