Update CMIP6_CV for CanESM5/CanESM5-CanOE

The Canadian Centre for Climate Modeling and Analysis (CCCma) recently updated the description for CanESM5 and added a new variant of the model called CanESM5-CanOE. These changes were incorporated via WCRP-CMIP/CMIP6_CVs@623dc6f and WCRP-CMIP/CMIP6_CVs@cc33725.
At your earliest convenience please update https://github.com/PCMDI/cmip6-cmor-tables/blob/master/Tables/CMIP6_CV.json accordingly.

I just noticed that it looks like that file gets updated via a cronjob. I'll close this issue once the file is updated.
