[Feature Request]: Move Hotkeys To The Settings Page, Or Make A Separate Button

Description

bruh i saw an update that said the hotkey page got better so i opened the settings page and i was like "wtf where are they" and i realized its in the "Controllers" page and its like, why would the emulator hotkeys be in the controllers page???

so uh pls move them in the emulator settings cuz atm this is kinda stupid and they are way too hard to find xD

Reason

i think it dumb that hotkeys are in the CONTROLLER page

Those hotkeys are binded from a controller/keyboard and mouse...?

Settings > Hotkeys or Settings > Controllers > Hotkeys is clearly too hard to find.

Hotkey settings are located with controller settings because they are directly related.

You may also find the Hotkeys option directly in the Settings dropdown.

Please avoid opening unconstructive feature requests in the future.
