Add methods needed by PDLA::Lib::Transform::Proj

PDLA::Lib::Transform::Proj requires methods from the original implementation.

In an ideal world it would be updated, but it is probably simpler for now to provide methods it expects.

This is now redundant, as the Makefiles for PDLA::Transform have been updated to not need these methods.
