questions in analytic are displaying twice at random

we're not sure how many of the analytics this is affecting but now that we've seen this will be on the lookout elsewhere, but here: https://worldpece.org/structured-analytics-questions-set/archive-ethnography-conceptualization
that list should have one or two questions that appear twice, with different questions doubled if you reload the page. Each question only appears once in the "order nodes" tab, which is, as you know, correct
