Provide IProductImporter in Moryx.Abstractionlayer instead of Module-Assembly

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
From the architecture point of view in applications, it is not very well that the module project must be referenced to implement an IProductImporter.

Like other plugins, the api should be provided in the more general API-project Moryx.AbstractionLayer
