Extract user-defined peaks?

Hello Phil,

I like this package very much and I'm using it a lot.

There is one thing I'm missing though, and that's the possibility to extract user-defined peaks from my data. So I would like to be able to choose myself the area where the peak(s) are picked, in addition to the pre-defined peaks (after Coble et al.).
