League Overlay Update

I did a major overhaul of League Overlay and called it Leveling Guide.

Would you mind adding this in place of or along side League Overlay?

Minor correction, I updated Leveling Overlay (a fork of Eruyome's work). So definitely leave League Overlay in there even though the Maps are outdated as some people will still want that and my tool does not provide it yet.
