Convert single Content to Uncut

After an RSS import, we end up with a bunch of 1-segment episode.contents.

Sometimes, we want to slice that up. Either programmatically adding timings, or converting/slicing in the UI.

Make some model helper methods to change the rails STI on these. And expose in the UI somehow (cc: @brandonhundt).
