Install don't update database

PHP version: PHP Version 5.6.21
MySQL version: Distrib 10.1.13-MariaDB, for Win32

The installation process don't create tables.

Hi,

I haven't test it with MariaDB and maybe that exist some differences.

Please, try test it with MySQL while I do the same with MariaDB and I can find the problem.

Update of this issue.

No problems in installation process in Ubuntu server with LAMP. This issue is only in Windows with XAMPP.
