Point CT-PIHM to non-"example" files

Hi everyone! Dacheng sent me Garner Run input files that aren't compatible with the latest version of PIHM, but his travel plans were delayed so I'm trying to figure this out on my own today. I managed to install PIHM and Flux-PIHM but they can't read the files Dacheng sent. I'm trying to use CT-PIHM on them, and I successfully converted the "example" files, but when I replaced the example input files with the Garner Run input files within my CT-PIHM-master directory and run ct-pihm, it still tries to read example.riv to start and then says the file doesn't exist. How can I point CT-PIHM toward the Garner Run files? Thanks!
