Jungle Jump - Title screen layout to Full Rect

In the first paragraph under Scene setup it says to "Set Layout to Full Rect." I initially did not have that option available. I had to first change Layout/Layout Mode from Position to Anchors. Then I could change Layout/Anchors Preset to Full Rect.
