Implement a proper build order

Currently working on just making a bot that expands and saturates every base on the map however in future having the bot do something that's actually useful would be nice.
ideas for build orders
- roach max timing
- mutas(need I say more)
- ling bane hydra timing
- spine crawler rush(against zerg because why not?)
- Queen, hydra, lurker using a nydus to bring queens to the enemy and have them retreat
- 1 base ling bane bust/spam
