Flatpak not including dependencies?

This might just be that I've never used Flatpak before, so I might be doing something wrong, but when I try to install, I get this:

~$ sudo flatpak install com.github.Appadeia.ilopona

Your weather app has this issue, too.
My understanding was that flatpaks include their dependencies? Or is this specifically a Gnome app? (I am on KDE.)
Either way, I can prolly work around it just by installing what's missing from elsewhere, but I figure I should let you know.
