Improved handling of dataset IDs in columns

Extracting only dataset IDs from columns should take the following situations into account:

  • "EMPTY" line was added into the column. CDS_ATL-COM-PHYS-2010-041, table 1.
  • Column contains diapasons and their detection was turned off. CDS_CERN-ATL-COM-PHYS-2011-647, table 2.
  • Fields in a column contain small amounts of junk which should be easy to deal with. CDS_CERN-ATL-COM-PHYS-2011-647, table 3.
