[FEATURE] Setup Lua using `sudo`

Detailed description

Instead of adding an action that setups Lua, we can easily install Lua by using sudo.
The action runs on Ubuntu, so, there should be no problem with that.

Context

This will make the action run faster and easier when staging changes or so, as the action creates new folders for the Lua installation.

Possible implementation

Use sudo when installing Lua.
