Detailed description
Adding the option to customize the PR labels will make things much better and similar to Dependabot.
The default labels should be dependencies, and if it's renamed (such as upper-case), the script should label it like that.
Context
This will make things more accessible for project developers and will make the tool more similar to Dependabot.
