[FEATURE] Use `action_path` when running the scripts

Detailed description

Instead of cloning the scripts from this repository, the action should run the scripts using ${{ github.action_path }}, which will speed up the process and prevent other problems.

Context

This will speed up the process of the workflow, prevent problems, and avoid the need of having to clone the scripts (such as fetch-repos.lua).
