Detailed description
When Dependabot creates a PR, it shows a link to the repository and the diff that shows the changes of the submodule update.
The created PR should have a similar body to Dependabot, not exactly the same, as Submodules Alternative doesn't provide any commands.
Context
This will make things better and easier when the PR is being checked.
