Fix: Auto set To and From Date in Salary Slip

If the user sets the Payroll Frequency to monthly and adds the Posting Date in the Salary Slip (Manually Creating), the system automatically sets the to and from dates.
For Example: When the posting date is set to October 31st with a monthly payroll frequency, the system automatically sets the From Date to October 1st and the To Date to October 31st in Salary Slip.
