Create PBDLOverrideValue class

The PBDLOverrideValue class shall extend PBDLNode and add the following attributes:

  • String propertyUUID - this is the UUID of the element that can be overriden.
  • List values - this is a list of elements that were overridden for the given PBDLOverrideValue
