Bundling only works for variables that appear on plot

This one is not a huge deal, but when you try to bundle based on clusters when the cluster axis is hidden, it doesn't work. This is a Parcoords issue, so we should probably just submit this issue there when we have a chance. For now, I'll just make a note of it in the API.
