check if a user has acquired a video before allowing her to like/dislike

We may not want to automatically acquire videos when users like or
dislike them. We may, in fact, want to check that user's can't like or
dislike videos they have not acquired with an appropriate modifier on the likeVideo and dislikeVideo functions.
