CI/CD – Deployment Phase 1: Add automated deployments to Vercel

For context, this project was always meant to be an excuse for me to get fully hands-on with all facets of web development, including manually deploying a server and website to a hosting platform like Digital Ocean.

That said, this project also needs to function as a portfolio piece. Once I have a functioning version of the app ready, my plan is to take the "easy way out" by deploying to Vercel, and then down the line, circle back around and deploy to something that requires more fiddling.
