Is your feature request related to a problem?
Since from wp-parsely 3.8 we'll only be supporting PHP 7.2 and higher, we probably have no use for the is_php_version_7dot2_or_higher() function in our integration tests.

We can remove it.

Keep it, if I mistakenly think we don't need it 🙂
