Improve category detection when cloning part from part provider

When cloning from part, I think the category detection could be improved.
Begin from searching the lowest category and see if there is an (90%-100%?) existing matching category.
If not search for the next highest category of the part.
In my case for example, I mostly, but not by 100% copy the categories from mouser.
Not sure if this could be usefull for others too.
