Describe the feature.

Having ServicePulse/ServiceControl support role-based access control (RBAC) would help to have more control over who can:

  • View failures, performance, custom checks, etc.
  • Retry failures
  • Archive failures
  • Edit failures
  • etc.

It would be very useful if these can be set per endpoint or prefix so that different teams can be defined

Please see ServiceControl Issue 684 as well. There I described our current setup and the reason why we got to that, as well as what we then thought would be our "ideal" solution.
One of the answers there was that this would be taken up further in "plat dev", but we didn't get any feedback since then.

Since I described our setup back then, the number of servicepulse instances has grown to 50 in production alone and is now starting to hinder further growth of NServiceBus usage within our company due to the impact that it has on our infrastructure.
