[wish] Make permalink copyable by browser right-click

I want to quickly copy/paste permalinks of all of the jobs I run.

Unfortunately the link is always https://tools.wmflabs.org/pltools/harvesttemplates/#
I have to open the link then copy the URL, which takes quite some time.

Would it be possible to automatically update the link's href when I modify any field, rather than building it only when the link is clicked?
