Share: Only fill "last run" if completed

I started a run and saved it but then my computer crashed (or I pushed the red STOP button).

Problem: The line at https://tools.wmflabs.org/pltools/harvesttemplates/share.php is marked as recently run.

Expected: The "last run" info should be empty until someone has run it completely.
