Both to document the deficiencies this tool has and to get ideas out of my header. (Also to acknowledge that I'm aware the JSON handling is terrible.)

I'll probably never work on this tool again (well, I might use it to test app trimming), so it's only for the sake of posterity.

Also to be fair to this dumb little tool, it is how I found dotnet/roslyn#47619
