  1. Add to the module broker so that changes made in the host HC-1 get propagated to connected modules.

  2. Implement selection in the "partner picker" widget, or at least add a module menu item or partner picker menu with a reset that simply forgets the current selection and re-selects using the initial algorithm.

I've reworked the PartnerBinding and clients to fix a number of issues, have ownership of subscribing to em events, consistent pattern of usage in all the secondary modules. With the better initialization, 1. works consistently now. Not sure I need #2 now.
