Firmware 10.21 breaks preset lists and other functionality

The new firmware release has preset additions and removals, causing the assigned numbers to change. This has a couple of effects:

• Favorites files are broken.
• Built-in lists are not valid (at the point where the lists diverge, the preset selected no longer matches the UI). The User and System lists can simply be refreshed from the device using the module menu.

There are other FW changes that appear to break the whole Recirculator row. Macros and Pedals seem to be ok.
