Join together to bundle the manpower

Actually there are two Nextcloud Apps available for converting videos.
These are: Video Converter and Automated Media Conversion
Both of them have their advantages, I just mention the biggest ones:
- Video Converter has a really nice UI directly in the file view to convert files, allowing to choose the resolution, codec, bitrate, ...
- Automated Media Conversion on the other hand has the possibility to process all files already inside the folders (or the whole storage) and also the media could be automatically converted when it is uploaded
How about bringing both projects together to bundle the manpower and profit from each other? So the best of the two worlds could be joined to something even better.
@PaulLereverend I'm conflicted due to the effort required, but open to considering it:
Feature sets should be easy to merge, since they work in different domains (context menu + flow engine)
The hard bits are plentiful - merging localization, ffmpeg process management, and CI.
I can explore this in a PR in the coming months, once I have free time. I'll try merging into this project first.
