Identify/differentiate between total and soluble nitrogen

In fertilizer application table we ask for amounts of each elements (e.g. N-P-K) but N amount is sometimes available as total and/or soluble N. We can either make it clear if we're asking total / soluble OR we can add a separate field for soluble N in addition (probably the latter is better)
